During this consultation, we will begin to develop a clear plan to address your root causes, any medications you are currently taking, supplement recommendations, nutrition recommendations, possible labs in order to detect any nutrient deficiencies, tips for stress and sleep, and realistic and achievable goal-setting.
The appointment is 1.25 minutes. Sometime we will cover everything in a shorter period of time, however the goal is to give you and I the maximum time to answer questions and get to know each other, so that I can adequately help you in your health journey.
